Nicole graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) Honours Degree in 2002. She was awarded First Class Honours and a University Medal for her thesis titled "The Lived Experience of Families following Severe Traumatic Brain Injury".

With over 20+ years of clinical experience, Nicole has dedicated her career to helping adults and older adults optimise their function, safety and independence - particularly within their home environment. Nicole's practice spans inpatient rehabilitation (including brain injury), community health, aged care and disability services. Nicole has extensive experience in prescribing assistive technology (AT)/ equipment, minor and major home modifications, and navigating regulatory frameworks (Aged Care, NDIS, DVA, icare).

Beyond direct clinical care, Nicole also has leadership experience in allied health department management, quality management and teriatry teaching. Nicole is passionate about delivering demonstrated clinical outcomes and high-quality, evidence based occupational therapy services. Specifically, Nicole is passionate about supporting clients to maintain their functional independence and safety to enable them to remain living in their own home.
